Our podiatrists carry out diagnosis and treatment of foot injuries and foot-related disorders.
Assessment
Using high-speed video analysis, we assess the way you use your feet (how you land, how you transfer your weight through the step, and how you 'take off'). Any imbalance, such as over-weighting one side of the foot, results in poor foot function - which could be causing problems in other parts of your body.
Biomechanical analysis
We will then analyse the cause and effects of poor foot function as part of a holistic approach to the treatment of foot, ankle and leg disorders as well as back pain and injury.
Orthotics
Many problems to do with foot function can be helped by using orthotic devices. These are specialist foot supports that may be used to improve or correct foot function problems.
Chiropody
Our chiropodists treat problems and disorders that occur in the skin and nails of the feet.

Treatment
Our specialists can alleviate painful skin lesions such as corns, calluses, verrucas and debilitating nail conditions, using sterile surgical instruments.
